Friday 25 July - DAY 123
Landmark - had a net!
Recommended listening - Steve Winwood, Back In The High Life Again
I decided to give my shoulder a test. Had a good working day before that. However, after it at nets, I couldn’t bowl still (shoulder is still shot but a bit easier – cannot fully rotate confidently enough to bowl though – I tried) and the odd shot set it screaming as well.
Also got an unexpected phone call off the hospital – apparently my inflammatory markers are up. Feel as well as I have in quite a while so a watching brief. An up and down day in potential and actual, but more than happy with it.
