Late update today, for Mrs C and I, the evening was spent in a binge watch of FBI process formula show Without A Trace - it's the Quincy of its day, followed by an indoor version of a takeaway tea - chicken curry, rice and chips for the kids, pizza, chips and some sweet chilli veg for Mrs C and baked hake and veg, chip shop curry, rice and chips for me. No text today from the NHS. Amusingly, GOV.UK have texted me with the same content that the NHS sent me at the start of this blog but with an added bit that the government would like me to fill in a survey to see if I need help.

Yeah, won't be doing that. I'll deal with my NHS texts but given you're twelve days or so behind the game, government, and more pointedly, six days after the arrival of my letter, your help is a bit late in coming. Custer mean anything to you, Sparky? ...

Another day without texts - they must have played an Eagles 'Three in a Row' and he had a go at the crossword as well.

Had a really off night last night and had to catch up on my sleep mid-morning. Had two conference calls where my connection made them sound like the Norman Collier Christmas Special and the day was just stricken with guff like that. I ended up mentally worn out through the perseverance and the overspill of the physical tiredness.
